Overview
Cooking and smoking lines need proof that the core of the product reached a safe temperature, ideally without opening the oven. The RFOT hangs on the rack or trolley with the product, its probe goes into a representative piece, and it sends readings wirelessly throughout the cook. The logger itself works from -20 °C to +100 °C, while the probe tolerates up to +200 °C.
It is splash-proof (IP67), so it can stay on the trolley through wash-down, and it moves just as easily into chillers and freezers for the cooling stage. Several probe lengths are available, and it ships with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate.
