AVS140-6 – Autoclave Validation Data Logging System

The AVS140-6 is a ready-to-use kit for autoclave validation. Rather than sourcing loggers, interfaces and software separately, you get what a typical steam-steriliser study needs in one case: five HiTemp140 temperature loggers to place around the chamber and inside the load, a pressure logger to show the chamber held saturated steam, a multiplexer to download them together, and secure software for regulated record keeping.

Each logger comes with its own ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate, so the kit is audit-ready from the first cycle. The Secure edition of MadgeTech's software adds user controls, audit trails and electronic signatures that help you meet 21 CFR Part 11.
