HiTemp140 – High Temperature Data Logger

When you need to know what really happens inside an autoclave, retort or pasteuriser, the HiTemp140 is usually where we start. This compact stainless-steel logger travels with the product through the process, including steam, water and pressure, and records the temperature at the probe tip from -40 °C up to +140 °C.

Choosing the probe matters as much as choosing the logger. Short rigid probes suit chamber mapping. Longer or transitional-diameter probes reach the centre of bottles, packs and containers. The fast-response version tracks rapid temperature changes. Tell us what you're measuring and we'll recommend the right one.

The HiTemp140 stores 32,256 readings, runs for about two years at a one-minute interval on a user-replaceable battery, and comes with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate.
