A data logger is only as good as its last calibration. Over time every sensor drifts, and auditors expect documented, traceable proof that your instruments measure correctly. Our calibration services keep your MadgeTech data loggers, probes and sensors accurate and your records audit-ready.
What we calibrate
- Temperature data loggers such as the HiTemp140 and TCTempX / RTDTempX series
- Temperature and humidity loggers such as the RFRHTemp2000A
- Pressure loggers such as the PR2000 and PRTemp140
- RTD probes and thermocouple sensors
How it works
- Tell us what you have — models, serial numbers and the calibration points you need.
- Send or hand over the instruments — we log each unit and check its condition and battery.
- Calibration — each unit is compared against traceable reference standards at the agreed points.
- Certificate and return — you receive an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with as-found and as-left results, and your loggers are returned ready to use.
Why it matters
- Meets GMP, GDP, HACCP and customer audit requirements
- Keeps validation and mapping data defensible
- Catches drift or damaged sensors before they cause a failed study

Frequently asked questions
How often should a data logger be calibrated?
Most regulated users recalibrate every 12 months. Critical validation loggers may need more frequent checks — your quality system or regulator sets the interval.
Do you provide ISO 17025 accredited certificates?
Yes. Calibration is supplied with an ISO 17025 accredited certificate showing the as-found and as-left results at each calibration point.
Can you calibrate loggers bought elsewhere?
Yes. Send us the make and model and we'll confirm the calibration options available.
