Overview
A heat penetration logger is only useful if it stays sealed in place on the container. MadgeTech's canning fittings do exactly that: they carry the logger's probe through the lid or wall of a jar, can or container and seal around it, so the probe sits in the product while the logger stays outside. Both fittings withstand process temperatures up to 140 °C (284 °F).
