Overview
Flexible and unusual packs are the hardest to test, because a pouch or carton has no rigid lid to take a standard fitting. The ThermaLock holds the HiTemp140-CF probe firmly in position inside the pack, at the product's cold spot. It works with cans, jars and bottles as well as Recart cartons and flexible pouches, giving you one method across your whole product range.
It is built for the heat, pressure and repeated handling of food processing, helping you get consistent, repeatable heat penetration results run after run.
